For services that require 3 or more hours, we require a deposit of minimum $50. (If you decide you want to cancel your appointment, you are required to let us know 24 hours from your service in order to have your deposit refunded.)
For cancellations, please let us know 48 hours in advance.
If you are running late, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If your desired appointment date and time is unavailable, we will add your name to our wait list and call you in the event of a cancellation.
Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are recommended.

HDZ accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Cash.
Gratuities are not included in the service price and always appreciated.
Gratuities are accepted in Cash only and paid to the service provider at your discretion.
All clients receive a complementary consultation at their appointment.
The consultation is designed to discuss your hair care needs with your stylist including styling options, length of time for service, and pricing.

Please refrain from shampooing 24 hours before your hair coloring appointment.
HDZ does not offer returns or exchanges of hair care products.
HDZ is not responsible for lost items or personal belongings left behind at the salon.
