APPOINTMENTS

For chemical services that require 3 or more hours, we require a $50 deposit.

The deposit is necessary to secure your appointment.

If you decide you want to cancel your appointment, you are required to let us know at least7 days from your service in order to have your deposit refunded.

You will NOT be refunded if you decide to cancel in less than 7 days of your scheduled appointment.

If you are running late, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If you are over 15 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled.


If your desired appointment date and time is unavailable, we will add your name to our wait list and call you in the event of a cancellation.

Walk-ins are welcome, but only if stylists are available. Appointments are recommended.

 

PAYMENT & GRATUITY

HDZ accepts credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Cash.
Gratuities are not included in the service price and always appreciated.
Gratuities are preferred in cash or Venmo, but can be added with the card.

 

CLIENT CONSULTATION

All clients receive a complementary consultation at their appointment.
The consultation is designed to discuss your hair care needs with your stylist including styling options, length of time for service, and pricing.

 

PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please refrain from shampooing 24 hours before your hair coloring appointment.

Fix Policy

If you are unhappy with your hair or service and need a fix, please call ASAP.

Any inquiries after one week from the original appointment will not be considered for a re-do.

 

PRODUCT RETURNS

HDZ does not offer returns or exchanges of products.

 

PERSONAL ITEMS

HDZ is not responsible for lost items or personal belongings left behind at the salon.
